Terms and Conditions
1. Terms of website use
Lierre.ca creates this website theracrystals.com and allows free access to the site to all customers who accept and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We provide our website in order to do business in Québec, Canada and around the world. You agree, by using our services, that any conflict in which we participate as a plaintiff or defendant to be resolved before the Courts of Quebec.
At every moment we reserve the right to change the nature of the relationship between the client and Lierre and may revise our terms and our terms if we wish. The access will be blocked for all users who violate the terms of this agreement. The Site and our interactive services can also banish them access. Please read these terms and conditions regularly. You accept this agreement regardless of whether you have reviewed, as soon as you browse our site and services and even after our review of these terms and conditions.
2. License and access
Without our written permission; our website or any part may not be copied, duplicated, reproduced, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise used for commercial purposes. Any use that we would not be allowed automatically terminates the license granted to you and we could; the level of our intellectual property rights, constitute your breach thereof.
3. Payment Policy
All credit card transactions are checked by us to prevent and punish fraud credit card. Next to the full extent of the law, we pursue fraudulent orders, no matter the size of the amount. Fraud credit card refers to all instances of the following elements:
- Any use of a credit card to make a third payment in store or online.
- Any unintended payment of the amount of your order or other lawful charges claimed by Lierre
- With our pre-authoriztion, payment terms for distributors and wholesalers is in 30 days after the invoice date. 4% interest will be applied monthly after 30 days
- To recover the amount of fraudulent orders we reserve the right to take legal action against any fraudulent order and claim damages and costs resulting from our actions.
4. Typographical Errors
We do not warrant that product description or any part of our website is current, reliable, complete, accurate, or error-free, although we make sure to be as accurate as possible. Your only option is if a product is displayed with incorrect or has an incorrect price due to typographical error or if a product offered by us is not as described information; is to return it in unused condition.
5. Acceptance Policy
All orders are subject to acceptance and review by Lierre. At any time, we reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale and to cancel, refuse or correct any order at our sole discretion, whether charged to your credit card or not. If an order has been charged and then quickly canceled we will issue a refund on your credit card.
6. On links, we provide to other sites or our partners.
We are not legally liable for the obligations of the companies we feature on our site and they are to you. In case of problems, we will nevertheless present to help you deal with them.
7. Taxes
Sales Tax provincial, federal, fees, or other; are not included in the prices shown on the site. Sales Tax GST and QST applies to residents of Quebec, and GST/HST and PST sales tax apply to residents of other provinces.
8. Limited Warranty Terms

9. Disclaimer
In no event will we be liable for incidental or consequential damages that you have caused on Lierre.ca products.
10. Return Procedures
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any product (s) purchased from Lierre submitting your request by email to info@lierremedical.com or call us at our toll-free 1-800-578–1738
11. Means repayments
All refunds will be issued in the same manner that the payment was received; except after your written request is authorized by us.
12. Undelivered products
Due to some possible additional delays due to the carrier used, we may have a waiting period ranging from 2 days to 15 working days before any product is received.
13. The restriction against resale of components
You are required to contact us to get our permission if you intend to resell our products. Any warranty on our part is automatically canceled when reselling our products or components of our products.
14. The foregoing represents the Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Lierre. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to said sale. If all this Agreement shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in force and in full effect.
15. Specific political order cancellation and return
If you wish to cancel your order, you must cancel within two hours before your order is shipped out.
Cancelled order after it has been shipped will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for shipping and storage return.
